Did a permanent bracelet with my friend today. Clyde was very patient despite our indecisiveness. He was really efficient and skilled, and gave us advice on how to care for our bracelets. I also liked that there is quite a variety of chains here! Studio was clean, great vibes overall :)

Clyde was very friendly, welcoming, patient, kind and knowledgeable. He explained to us how to take care of the bracelet/ankle and what not to do. Highly recommended!!

Came in for re-welding of my permanent bracelet which I had gotten done overseas. V thankful that Eternalize accommodated for this request although it's not really standard policy :)
